my web camera on my emachine laptop is not working what should i do?

Is it a new laptop? Because if you just bought it, there shouldn’t be a problem. Update drivers, what program are you using to view the web cam? Check the settings. Check firewall. good luck

Reinstall it. Find your exact model and operating system from the link below and download and install the software or driver for it then restart your computer.

You need a Router to use both at the same time.
