How do i reset my laptop to where there is no administrator account on it? i called the person i bought it from they said they cant remember it. so can someone tell me how to reset my laptop to where the administrator account is not on my computer? plz and thank you.
There is software out there to reset passwords. I would recommend reinstalling the operating system as you don’t know what the person you purchased it from was doing with it and if has any viruses.
reinstall windows or get the restore CD’s.
basically they sold you an unusable laptop then
1. Reboot, and press F11 or the R key to start the recovery process.
2. Select “Full System Restore (Destructive)”
3. Click “Next”, and then click “Yes” to confirm the recovery process.
4.Wait for the computer to restore itself. When it is done, click “Reboot” to reboot the computer.

Try booting the laptop in safe mode.
meaning while laptop is booting keep tapping F8 until a menu appear select safe mode. then go into account and change user name and password

Apple ipods, ipads and iphones dont support flash, but PC’s will.

if you do just try it
if you don’t have the laptop already if you are buying a new laptop it should be able to handle that kind of thing since its going to be a new laptop
if for some reason it won’t handle them you should return the laptop for a refund
