I’ve found a great contract for both of these phones, but the same deal is £5 more per month with the Samsung Galaxy Ace. I’ve looked at the specs for both and the Samsung seems to be better overall, but it is worth the extra £5 when I could have exactly the same on an HTC Wildfire?
Samsung Galaxy Ace looks nicer
Personally I would go for the HTC. It just looks nicer, can do everything the Samsung can, as well as having the skin and features of HTC Sense.

Personally I would go for the HTC Wildfire, it has pretty much the same specs as the Samsung Galaxy Ace and is much cheaper on PAYG or to buy Sim Free which I did on ebay for 150 pounds with 2.2 froyo update 
Hi.I believe the Galaxy Ace is the newer phone.So if you want the newer phone then Ace is for you.

The Galaxy Ace is better. But HTC is just more popular and the Wildfire does look a lot better than the Galaxy Ace in terms of design and interface. But that’s really about it.
Galaxy Ace is cool… you can enjoy the 1,50,000 Free apps from the android market…!!!!
